Rate Policy: Rates are per night, per room and valid from January 3, 2018 to December 22, 2018. All rates subject to applicable state excise and room occupancy taxes, and are subject to change without notice.
All reservations will incur a $31.41 (inclusive of tax) daily resort charge.

Room Deposit/Cancellation Policy: A one-night deposit is required upon booking. The deposit is refundable if cancellation is received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival day. Any no-shows or cancellations received within 72 hours will be assessed a one night room and tax charge.
Special Holiday Deposit/Cancellation Policy: Special holiday deposit and cancellation polices will apply based on the dates of guest stays.
- 2 night minimum for reservations Dec 21 – 23, 2018 inclusive; 2 night deposit required.
- 4 night minimum for reservations Dec 24, 2018 – Jan 1, 2019 inclusive: 4 night deposit required.
- Cancellations must be received by October 31, 2018 to avoid a 2 or 4 nt penalty depending on dates reserved.
- Policy is based on dates of the guest stay. If stay touches the holiday period the applicable Min length of stay and cancel penalty will apply. If guest stays through the 2 nt min and 4 nt min period then the 4 nt min will prevail as well as a 4 nt deposit required and 4 nt penalty for late cancellations or no shows.
Occupancy: Maximum occupancy in our standard room is three adults or two adults and two children. There is no additional charge for maximum two children under 17 years of age, sharing parent’s room and utilizing existing bedding. A room only third person (18 years and older) charge of $75 plus tax will be assessed per night.

Check In/Check Out Time: Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 12 Noon.
