Rate Policy: Rates are per night, per room and valid from January 3, 2020 to December 21, 2020. All rates subject to applicable state excise and room occupancy taxes, and are subject to change without notice.
All reservations will incur a $37 plus applicable taxes daily resort charge.

Updated Cancellation Policy : In response to changing global travel conditions, Prince Waikiki has updated its policy to provide guests with additional flexibility. This includes pre-paid and restrictive reservations but excludes any group or event bookings. Please contact our Reservations Department at 855.622.7558 or [email protected] for further details.
For any reservations booked through a third party, please contact your booking provider for further information on their policies.
Room Deposit/Cancellation Policy: A one-night deposit is required upon booking. The deposit is refundable if cancellation is received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival day. Any no-shows or cancellations received within 72 hours will be assessed a one night room and tax charge.
Special Holiday Deposit/Cancellation Policy: Special holiday deposit and cancellation polices will apply based on guest stay dates.
- No minimum night stay required for reservations December 22, 2020 – January 2, 2021 inclusive: 1 night deposit required.
- Cancellations must be received by November 30, 2020 to avoid a 1-night penalty based on dates of stay.
- Policy is based on guest stay dates.
Occupancy: Maximum occupancy in our standard rooms is four guests consisting of any combination of adults and children (17 years old or younger). A nightly charge of $75 plus taxes will be assessed for each third and fourth adult in the room. There is no additional charge for children.
ADA Compliant: these categories offer rooms that are ADA compliant, based on availability and upon request.
Check In/Check Out Time: Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 12 Noon.
