Guest Registration Policy

To ensure a safe and seamless experience for all guests:

The minimum age to check in is 18 years old.
Guests may have a maximum of 2 rooms registered under the same name.
Names of all occupants in a room must be registered upon check-in or at time of booking.
A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card matching the name of the room reservation is required at check-in.

Credit and Debit Card Authorization Policy

A major credit or debit card is required at check in. Upon arrival your card will be authorized for the full stay amount, plus an additional hold to cover potential incidentals (such as dining or in room services). The authorization is not a charge, but it may temporarily reduce the available credit limit.

Guest using debit cards should note the authorization may appear as an actual deduction from the bank account. Unused funds will be released upon checkout; however, processing times vary by financial institutions and may take 10 business days (or longer, depending on the bank).

We recommend using a credit card to avoid extended holds on available funds.

Room Deposit/Cancellation Policy

The standard deposit is one night room and tax due upon booking. The deposit is refundable if cancellation is received prior to the stated cancellation period.

The standard cancellation policy requires cancelling no later than 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a one night room and tax cancellation charge. Any no-shows or cancellations received within 72 hours will be assessed a one night room and tax charge.

Advance Purchase Non-Refundable rate require full stay room and tax prepayment upon booking. Cancellations made on the Non-Refundable rate plan forfeit the full stay room and tax deposit.

Select rate offers have unique deposit and cancellation policies that are detailed in the rate information. Please review the rate information carefully when booking.

Special Holiday Deposit/Cancellation Policy

Applicable for stays between December 21, 2025 – January 1, 2026.

(1) night deposit required at time of reservation, based on guest arrival date.
Cancellations must be received (7) days prior to arrival to avoid a (1) night cancellation penalty.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy in our standard rooms with 2 queen beds is four guests consisting of any combination of adults and children (17 years old or younger). Rooms with king beds accommodate up to three guests. A nightly charge of $85 plus taxes applies for the third and fourth adult in the room. Reservations that reflect 3 or 4 adults on the booking confirmation have this charge already included in the room rate displayed.

Check In/Check Out Time

Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Early check in and late checkout requests are subject to availability and incur additional charges.

Parking

• Self-parking: $45.00 + tax per day, per vehicle
• Valet parking: $50.00 + tax per day, per vehicle (unlimited in and out privileges included)

Hawaii State Taxes

All room rate and resort charges are subject to a 17.962% Transient Accommodations and General Excise Tax for stays through December 31, 2025. All stays January 1, 2026 and beyond are subject to a 18.712% Transient Accommodations and General Excise Tax on room rate and resort charges. The tax rates are government mandated and subject to change at anytime.

Resort Charge*

Unless otherwise noted, all reservations will incur a daily $44.00 resort charge, plus applicable taxes.

Stay dates from July 1, 2025 and beyond will incur a daily resort charge of $45.00, plus applicable taxes.

Club Floors

Upgraded room category on the top floors with premier oceanfront views and access to the Club Lounge. The oceanfront Club Lounge, located on the 5th floor adjacent to the pool, offers exclusive Concierge service, complimentary breakfast, all day snacks, evening appetizers, and house wine and beer. Only guests confirmed in a Club Room have access to the exclusive Club Lounge.

Third-Party Bookings

Bookings made via third-party platforms are subject to the booking terms & conditions of those platforms.

Standard rates (such as Flexible and Non-Refundable rate offers) are commissionable at 10% to travel advisors with a valid IATA number. Select qualified rates, such as member rates and Kamaaina Hawaii Local Resident rates, are non commissionable. Please review rate detail information for commissionable details.

Smoking & Damage Policy

Prince Waikiki maintains a 100% smoke free environment. A minimum cleaning charge of $350 applies for non-compliance.

Guests are responsible for damages or missing items and may be charged accordingly.

Seibu Prince Global Rewards – Loyalty Member Rate Program

Seibu Prince Global Rewards members only earn benefits and points on eligible rate plans when booking directly with the hotel via Prince Waikiki website, Seibu Prince Global Rewards website, Seibu Prince Hotels and Resorts central reservations office, or directly with hotel reservations. To earn points and receive benefits for a stay, members must book a SPGR Member Rate Offer and provide their SPGR member number at time of booking.

Banquet and group bookings are not eligible for rewards.
Complimentary breakfast buffet for eligible members is redeemable at 100 Sails Restaurant & Bar and only available to registered adult guests. Brunch buffet is not eligible.
